This pathway provides an expedited process for technologists who hold an equivalent licence and are in good standing with their current regulatory body.
Who Can Apply Through Labour Mobility
You may apply as a Labour Mobility Applicant if you:
Professionals who completed their Medical Radiation Technology education in Canada and are not currently licensed in another regulated Canadian jurisdiction must apply through the Standard Canadian‑Educated (Non‑Labour Mobility) pathway.
This pathway is intended for individuals practising in non-regulated jurisdictions within Canada or for recent New Brunswick graduates.

You may apply as a Canadian‑Educated (Non‑Labour Mobility) Applicant if you:
Professionals who completed their Medical Radiation Technology education outside of Canada must apply through the Applicant – Internationally Educated pathway. This pathway ensures that internationally trained technologists meet New Brunswick’s regulatory requirements for safe, competent, and ethical practice.
All internationally educated applicants must first undergo an assessment process to determine equivalency of education, competency, and readiness to practise in New Brunswick.

Step 1: Create Your Account
Create an account on the NBRCMRT Registration Portal using your email address.
Step 2: Select Your Registration Pathway
Once logged in, select your Applicant pathway
Step 3: Complete the Applicant Pathway Form
Step 4: Access the Full Practice Registration Form
After completing the Applicant Pathway Form, the registration forms will automatically appear on your dashboard. Select and complete the registration form for the category of registration you are seeking (Full Practice, Provisional, etc.).
Step 5: Upload Supporting Documents
Upload all required documents directly to your online application.
Step 6: Submit Your Application
Click “Submit” at the bottom of the form.
NOTE: Your invoice will be generated only after submission. Payment must be received before the review process begins.
